8:45 – Arrival in Bát Tràng Village Short introduction to the village, its 700-year ceramic history, and how families still maintain traditional kilns.

9:00–9:45 — Guided Village Walk with Local Resident Visit old alleys and community courtyards. Hear personal stories about how pottery production changed over generations. Learn about historic wood-fired kilns and community traditions. 9:45–10:30 — Visit to a Family-Owned Ceramic Workshop Meet a master artisan (3rd–5th generation). Learn about different clay types, patterns, and hand-painting styles unique to Bát Tràng. Hear stories about surviving war periods and the shift to modern techniques. 10:30–11:30 — Hands-on Pottery Workshop Tourists create their own small pot or cup. Pieces can be fired and delivered later, or painted on the spot (eco paints available). Direct income support to artisan families. 11:30–12:15 — Local Market Exploration + Tasting Corner Visit Bát Tràng market for traditional snacks and handmade goods. 12:15–13:00 — Drive back to Hanoi (drop-off) - hahah - hahahah - hahahha - hahahaha
